Celebrating 100 Years of COUNTRY Financial 

COUNTRY celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2025 with employees and representatives, and the Bloomington-Normal community where the company is headquartered.

Celebrating with the Bloomington-Normal Community 

COUNTRY partnered with the McLean County Museum of History to showcase the company’s history in a variety of ways, including:

  • An exhibit of COUNTRY archive items 
  • Free Tuesdays for visitors throughout 2025
  • Special events that dove into unique portions of COUNTRY history

COUNTRY was started by farmers in 1925, and those agricultural roots were celebrated with a special sponsorship of the corn maze at Rader Family Farms. The corn maze featured a special design that gave a nod to the company’s ties to farmers. 

Commemorating Our History 

COUNTRY and the Illinois Farm Bureau have celebrated more than 100 years in business in the state of Illinois. In October 2025, the Illinois State Historical Society recognized the two organizations with a historical marker which is placed at the companies’ headquarters at 1701 N. Towanda Ave. in Bloomington, Ill. 

Honoring Legacy by Giving Back  

COUNTRY is dedicated to enriching lives in the communities it serves, and giving back was an important part of the 100-year celebration. COUNTRY donated $150,000 to nonprofits selected by employees in 2025.
