You (the “referrer”) may refer an individual (a “referral”) who you think may be a good candidate for a COUNTRY Financial representative. Referrers may not refer themselves. Other terms and conditions apply.¹

Please note: Not all referred candidates are qualified for the positions. Also, current employees of COUNTRY Financial, former COUNTRY Financial® Insurance Agents, and former COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors are not eligible for this candidate referral reward.

Submit your referral using the candidate referral portal form. All referrals must be completed by the referring person. If another party submits a candidate referral on the referrer’s behalf, the referrer will not qualify for a reward. 

Typically, a COUNTRY Agency Sales Recruiter will contact qualified referrals within thirty (30) days of receiving the completed candidate referral form. 

Your referral will expire one (1) year from the date of your submission. After the year expires, if the candidate you referred is referred by someone else, the new referrer may be eligible to receive a reward. 

If the candidate that the referrer submitted becomes a contracted COUNTRY Financial representative, and in accordance with the terms and conditions below¹, COUNTRY Financial will contact the eligible referrer to inform them of their reward and the steps involved in the process. 

If the candidate that the referrer submitted becomes a contracted COUNTRY Financial Representative, and in accordance with the terms and conditions below¹, the eligible referrer will receive a $1,500.00 reward after the referred individual has become a contracted COUNTRY Financial representative. The referrer must complete and return a W9 form to COUNTRY Financial. Payment will then be issued by paper check usually within 4-6 weeks of the date that COUNTRY receives the W9. Reward recipients have sole responsibility for determining and paying any applicable taxes for the reward.
